In Noida, three people were defrauded out of ₹26 lakh through mobile hacking, with videos going viral on Instagram and online transfers made using credit cards.

In the Noida area of India, cyber fraudsters have defrauded four people out of approximately 26.15 lakh rupees. In some cases, individuals had their mobile phones hacked and money was withdrawn from their Google Pay accounts, while in others, internet banking was used to transfer funds from their accounts. In one case, a fraudster posed as a Delhi Crime Branch police officer and threatened to implicate a doctor in a fake suicide case involving a young woman's video. The Cyber Crime Police Station has registered cases based on the complaints filed in all four incidents.
