The first case has been registered in Noida regarding electricity theft and illegal connections in the submerged area of the Hindon River. An FIR was filed at the Sector-63 police station on Saturday night based on a complaint by Anuj Kumar, JE of the Sector-63 power substation. The lawsuit names a total of 23 accused, including three JEs from the electricity corporation, one TG-2, six linemen, and 13 others. It is alleged that illegal connections were made in collusion with electricity corporation employees and other individuals.
