Secretary dismissed in Noida's ₹3800 crore leaseback scam: Harish Chandra accused of illegally leasing out land

The Uttar Pradesh government has taken significant action in the leaseback case of approximately ₹3,800 crore involving the Noida Authority. The government has dismissed Harish Chandra, the then-secretary of the Noida Authority, from government service. The appointment department issued an order for his dismissal on Monday. Harish Chandra was currently posted as a resident representative in the Food and Civil Supplies Department in Kolkata. The 3.81 lakh square meter land leaseback case is related to Harish Chandra.
