Illegal firecrackers worth ₹4 lakh recovered in Greater Noida: 20 cartons found in a Bolero pickup; 2 accused from Hathras and Badaun arrested.

In Greater Noida, police are continuing their crackdown on illegal firecrackers ahead of the festivals. During a check on Thursday, Dadri police recovered 20 cartons of illegal firecrackers from a Bolero pickup truck. Police arrested two accused from the spot. The value of the recovered firecrackers is estimated to be around ₹4 lakh. Along with the firecrackers, the police have also seized the Bolero pickup truck. According to Station House Officer Neeraj Mishra, the vehicle was caught near NTPC Cut.
