In Aligarh, a property dealer was shot at; his condition is critical: while he was returning home after parking his car, shots were fired from behind him. The bullet hit him in the waist and got stuck in his chest.

In the Jalalpur area of Raorawar in Aligarh, property dealer Satyendra Kumar Singh, also known as Shiva Tomar, was shot at late Tuesday night. At around 12 am, he was heading home after parking his Scorpio on the opposite side of the road when he sensed some people nearby. As he rushed towards his house, attackers opened fire from behind. In the firing, Shiva sustained a bullet wound between his waist and shoulder, which later pierced through to his chest.
