Following the model of Noida, circles will be built in New Noida. Sectors will be developed by acquiring land from villages. Five revenue officers have been appointed, and the acquisition process will take place in four phases.

In New Noida, work circles will be established on the lines of the Noida Authority, along with land acquisition. Two circles will be created in the first phase. Development will be carried out through these circles. Five Lekhpals have been appointed for land acquisition, and more are being appointed. CEO Krishna Karunesh stated that the village whose land is acquired first will be named Sector-1. Following that, there will be Sectors 2 and 3, and further procedures will follow.
