In Noida, a young man injured in an assault has died; his funeral took place in the presence of police, and the main accused has been arrested.

Sonu, a 27-year-old man who was injured in an assault four days ago in the Ahmedgarh police station area of Bulandshahar, died on Wednesday evening at 6 pm. Sonu was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Noida. As soon as the news of his death broke, there was chaos and outcry within his family. On Wednesday night, around 8 pm, Sonu's last rites were performed under police surveillance in a somber atmosphere. According to his family, who had admitted him to a hospital in Noida after the assault four days ago, Sonu died from the injuries sustained during the attack.
