Noida's Supernova will not operate PG, hostel, and AIRNANB: Students and bachelors are advised to hire working professionals instead.

A new system has been implemented at Supernova Society in Noida's Sector-94 to rent flats to students and bachelors. The Supernova Apartment Owners Association (SNAOA) has approved the Tenancy, Occupancy, and Resident Conduct Policy-2026. Under this policy, flat owners are advised to prioritize families or working professionals over students and bachelors. This notice breaks down the barrier of BMW cars.
