The Executive Magistrate of Greater Noida, who issued a notice to Akshat Tripathi, a student of Gautam Buddha University (GBU) in Noida, with a personal bond of ₹5 lakh, has been suspended. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta informed the Supreme Court about this during Thursday's hearing.
