Farmer dies during treatment in Hardoi: Relatives allege assault over tree cutting dispute

In the Beniganj Kotwali area of Hardoi, an elderly farmer died during treatment after being found injured under suspicious circumstances. The family has accused some villagers of assault over a dispute related to tree cutting. Police have initiated an investigation into the matter by conducting a post-mortem examination of the body. The farmer was declared dead at 8 am on Friday morning at the medical college. The post-mortem examination of the body was conducted around 3 pm in the afternoon. The deceased's identity is yet to be determined.
