Car trapped in debris under construction road in Greater Noida: JCB used to pull it out, contractor accused of negligence.

A contractor's negligence has come to light during road construction in Surajpur town of Greater Noida. On Thursday, a speeding Tata Punch car got stuck uncontrollably in the concrete debris laid on the under-construction road. After the accident, a crowd gathered at the scene. Local residents allege that a concrete road has been under construction in Surajpur town for quite some time. The contractor did not make any safety arrangements during the construction work.
