A case has emerged where Chandan Gupta, an engineer who went to Russia for work on a visa, was detained by the police. His wife, Sneha Gupta, who resides in Moscow, released a video on social media appealing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for help with her husband. Sneha has alleged that her husband was taken away by the police without any reason and is now being forcibly held by the Russian army.
