The historic Habshi Halwa Sohan is now making its mark across the country and the world through the 'One District, One Dish' (ODOC) scheme. The third generation of Hakim Ji, who prepares this traditional Nawabi-era sweet, is taking the business forward. According to businessman Suhail Khan, with the help of the government, small business owners are now getting the opportunity to showcase their products on large platforms without any stall fees.
