Following the building collapse in Delhi, the Noida Authority has launched a campaign against dilapidated and unsafe houses in villages. Notices are being pasted on buildings found to be in dangerous condition during surveys. Building owners and occupants are being given one to two weeks to vacate their homes. The authority has clarified in the notice that if any accident occurs while living in the building, it will be their responsibility.
