Approximately 1500 young men from the upper caste community took to the streets with 200 tractors and began marching towards the collectorate. The police blocked the road before the Agra-Noida Yamuna Expressway by deploying JCBs, hydras, and bulldozers. Protesters broke through the cordon and proceeded to reach the expressway, where a traffic jam was created. In September, there was another protest in Agra against the UGC.
