In Jamui, the Sadar Hospital has postponed the operation of a Hepatitis B positive pregnant woman. Doctors have advised treatment at a larger medical facility due to the infection. Following complaints from family members, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Saurav Kumar and Nodal Officer of Sadar Hospital, Sawan Kumar, arrived at the hospital late at night and inquired about the matter. The case is related to Sonam Kumari, wife of Neeraj Kumar, a resident of Mahuli village in Gidhaur police station area.
