Bihar has issued an alert for thunderstorms and rain in 12 districts due to Cyclone Arnab. Patna, along with other 26 districts, is likely to receive above-average rainfall, while 17 districts are affected by flooding.

The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert for rain in 12 districts of the state today, i.e., Monday. These districts may experience rainfall with winds blowing at a speed of 30 kmph. Meanwhile, the weather is likely to remain normal in other districts. These districts are expected to see sunshine during the day. Due to the impact of Cyclone Arnab, Patna and 26 other districts of the state have recorded more than average rainfall. However, Bihar still has 31 percent less rainfall than normal.
