Doctors at Patna's PMCH successfully removed a CT tube, which was stuck in the 12-year-old boy's airway, via bronchoscopy and saved his life. The child had accidentally swallowed the CT tube while playing with it. The tube had passed through the trachea and got stuck in the bronchi. After reaching the hospital on time, doctors conducted an examination and decided to perform a bronchoscopy immediately. The family was relieved after the boy's life was saved due to the timely intervention of the doctors who managed to remove the CT tube from his airway.
