Patna - After four decades, the landscape of Mauryalok will change: a high-tech multi-story complex will be built with an investment of 1209.37 crores; the market committee will have facilities for warehouses and shops/cold storage.

The landscape of Patna's major commercial hub, Mauryalok Complex and the Market Committee, is set to undergo a complete transformation in the coming years. The Patna Municipal Corporation has prepared a plan for the redevelopment of both complexes. The old and dilapidated structures of Mauryalok will be demolished to develop modern multi-story complexes. Meanwhile, the Market Committee plans to develop facilities such as modern warehouses, cold storage, shops, and offices.
