Floodwater has spread across 18 districts of Bihar, affecting over 665,000 people. The rate of the Ganges' rise in Patna has slowed down. In the last 24 hours, the water level has risen by 10 cm in Digha, 11 cm in Gandhi Ghat, and 21 cm in Hathidah. The Ganges is above the red mark at all three gauge points. Nine rivers in Bihar are still flowing above the danger mark. The water level of the Punpun River has increased by 28 cm in the last 24 hours. - Shripal
