Gaya Ji - A couple on a bike was run over near Magadh University: the woman and man died. Police are working to identify them. The driver fled in an Innova after causing the accident.

A tragic road accident occurred near the Magadh University gate on the Gaya-Bodh Gaya main road on Tuesday. A speeding sand-laden high-speed vehicle crushed a pair of bike-riding cousins. Both died at the scene in the accident. After the collision, the bike got stuck in the high-speed vehicle. Despite this, the driver did not stop the vehicle and dragged it for about 25 meters. People from the surrounding area chased the high-speed vehicle while making noise. The driver was caught at the Jindipur toll plaza.
