Patna Metro; The design of Zoo station has been changed: 2 TBMs will build a tunnel towards Patna Junction and 2 towards Rukanpura.

A metro station is being built near the Patna Zoo, and its design is undergoing changes. In this regard, a meeting was held on Monday with Sandeep Kumar R Pudkalakatti, MD of Patna Metro Rail Corporation. During this time, DMRC and other agencies provided suggestions regarding the design. According to officials, four TBMs will be installed in November to construct tunnels in the metro shaft built near Patna Zoo. Two TBMs will then exit from here towards the east and proceed towards Patna Junction.
