Woman dies in Sitamarhi due to a scooter collision: 41 bottles of Nepali liquor were found with the two young men who were riding the scooter; one was caught, and the other fled.

In Narha Jagdar village of Sitamarhi district, a 45-year-old woman was seriously injured on Monday evening after being hit by a speeding scooter. She died during treatment on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Simrekhiya Devi, wife of Satyanarayan Mahato, a resident of the village. Family members said that Simrekhiya Devi was standing near her house on the roadside on Monday evening when she was hit by a speeding scooter.
