Cabinet decisions; salaries of Speaker and Deputy Speakers increased by 2.6 times: The Bihar government has approved an increase in the salaries and allowances of chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and other officials appointed to commissions, boards, corporations, councils, and committees formed under various departments. This decision was made on Wednesday at a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary.
