Road connectivity in Bihar is set to get a new boost with faster access to the Nepal border. For the first time, continuous four-lane road facilities will be available from Patna to Nepal and Siliguri-Dalkola in West Bengal. To achieve this, two 226 km long four-lane highways will be constructed between Muzaffarpur-Sonbarsa and Khagaria-Purnia. A total of ₹7527 crore will be spent on these.
