The CBI had given a clean chit in the NEET 2024 paper leak case, but Sanjiv Mukhiya was taken into remand by EOU in the NEET-2017 paper leak.

The troubles of Sanjeev Mukhiya, the exam mafia who had received a clean chit from the CBI in the NEET-2024 paper leak case, have increased again. EOU has taken him on remand from Beur jail and subjected him to intensive questioning in connection with the 2017 NEET paper leak case. Sanjeev and his son Dr. Shiv attempted to leak the NEET paper in 2017. A case was registered against both of them and others at Patrakarnagar police station in this regard. The CBI has taken action in the NEET 2024 paper leak case on July 22nd of this year.
