By 2028, the entire Patna city will be connected by metro: Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary reviewed the construction work, and the first interchange station will be operational by December.

The Patna Metro Rail project is expected to be completed by the year 2028. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, on Sunday, inspected the construction site and directed the agency to finish the work within the stipulated timeframe. He also instructed the construction of a two-foot overbridge on Bailey Road near JD Women's College and HC Chauraha-Bihar Museum for the convenience of the people. The Chief Minister also directed the construction of an income tax roundabout on Bailey Road, near HC Chauraha, and the Hanuman Temple.
