Bihar floods: 21 cities... 15 districts, 5 million people affected. People are saying they're not getting food to eat, there's only water in the lentils, and even a schedule for meals has disappeared.

"There's no fixed timetable for meals here. Sometimes you get food on time, and sometimes it's very late. The food we get in government schools is even worse than what they make." This is according to Manish Kumar, a flood victim who has been living in the relief camp near Janardan Ghat on Patna's Marine Drive for the past 10 days. People are being provided with two meals a day using the community kitchen, which includes lentils and rice, along with everything else needed.
