The 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' (Service Resolution Campaign) will begin in Bihar today to mark the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his 25 years of public life. This campaign will run until October 17th. The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, along with other BJP units, will organize various service and public welfare programs across the state. On the first day of the campaign, havan-pujan (a ritual involving fire), blood donation camps, and the lighting of 25,000 lamps will be held in Patna.
