Order applicable to 264 bodies in Bihar: Supreme Court said, immediately seal illegal commercial activities in residential areas.

The Supreme Court has taken a strict stance on shops, coaching centers, gyms, and offices operating illegally in residential areas across the country and Bihar. A bench of Justices Ahsanuddin Amanullah and R. Mahadevan issued a stern order against violations of land use rules at the national level. The court directed municipal corporations and other bodies across the country to take action against those involved in illegal activities on residential properties.
