A Dev Travels bus traveling from Patna to Virpur collided head-on with a stationary truck near Jhajha village on NH 27 in Bhaptiahi at 4 am on Monday. The bus driver was killed in the accident, and more than half a dozen passengers were seriously injured. The bus was carrying over 70 passengers. The incident occurred around 4 am when the driver dozed off while all the passengers were asleep.
