The strike by document renewal clerks against paperless registration continues in the Patna region of India.

The protests by document writers (katibs) regarding the paperless registry will continue for the time being. Following the postponement of the hearing in the Patna High Court, a meeting of the Document Writers Association was held on Tuesday to discuss further strategy. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Nandkishore Yadav, District President of the association, at the shed located within the Registry Office premises. In the meeting, the katibs clarified that they are not opposing the registry being conducted in the Registry Office.
