The three-day rain has exposed the condition of roads in and around Patna. Except for major and main roads, all other streets in the city have been dilapidated. The situation is worst on the New Bypass (NH-30 and 31). From Sipara to Zero Mile, a five-kilometer stretch of service lane has developed one to two feet deep potholes filled with water. Due to waterlogging in these potholes, vehicle drivers are losing their balance daily.
