The department has recovered approximately ₹259.94 crore in additional revenue so far this financial year. Meanwhile, the department has also intensified its efforts against illegal mining and the illegal transportation of minerals. During this period, a large number of vehicles have been seized, and accused individuals have been arrested. The minister announced these achievements during a press conference.
