In the case of shooting Ward Councilor Anil Yadav in Patna, police have made a revelation. Central SP Mamta Kalyani stated that the incident was driven by an electoral rivalry. Anil Yadav and Shankar Rai are residents of the same neighborhood. There had been a dispute between them regarding the election. According to the police, Shankar Rai contacted Rahul Sahni alias Neeraj. After this, Rahul orchestrated the entire conspiracy. In the case of the 4 accused arrested, the police have made four allegations.
