Food department raids 5 major hotels in Patna: 10 kg of mutton-chicken and 6 packets of bread were destroyed in Panash; all have been given a 14-day ultimatum.

The Food Safety Department team conducted a surprise inspection on Friday at five major hotels in Patna. During the inspection, several deficiencies were found in kitchen cleanliness, food storage, and the quality of food and beverages. At The Panache Hotel, approximately 10 kg of mutton and chicken, and 6 packets of bread were destroyed. Similarly, expired food items were found in other hotels, which were also destroyed. The team took samples of different food items and sent them for testing.
