Illegal Nursing Home Raided, Operator Escapes After Lock-up: Five Patients Found Locked Inside in Madhubani; Health Department Takes Action.

The health department has initiated action against illegal nursing homes and diagnostic centers operating in Khutauna Bazaar, Madhubani. On Friday, a team led by Civil Surgeon (CS) Harendra Kumar conducted raids on several institutions as part of the investigation. As soon as the team arrived, some nursing home operators fled the scene. The officials examined documents, assessed the condition of patients, and reviewed the availability of medicines and other essential items in the institutions.
