A survey will be conducted in Banka for 50-60 families associated with weavers, preparing to link them to employment through livelihood. Initiatives are being taken in Rahamdiha, Chakmunia, and Makarmadiha.

An initiative has been launched to connect weaving families in the Terah Mile area of Rajoun block, Banka, with employment. Families engaged in traditional weaving work in nearby villages, including Rahamdiha, Chakmunia, and Makarmadiha, will be identified and surveyed. Subsequently, efforts will be made to provide them with necessary support by linking these families to their livelihoods. Divya, the Project Manager of Women's World Banking, arrived from Patna.
