The Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) Minister of the Bihar government and Mahua MLA Sanjay Kumar Singh has sent a legal defamation notice of 50 crore rupees to Tej Pratap Yadav, the national president of Jan Shakti Janata Dal. The notice, issued on August 30, 2026, by the minister's advocate Sushil Kumar, states that the allegations made by Tej Pratap Yadav on social media platforms X and Facebook are completely false, baseless, malicious, and motivated.
