Three metro trains with six coaches each will be leased from Pune to Patna by December. Currently, a three-coach train set is operating on the 6.2 km stretch from ISBT to Malahi Pukdi. Next year, a new 3.1 km elevated track will be operational from Khemanichak to Mithapur. This will be a separate route. Following this, two metro sets each will operate on both routes.
