The CBI's closure report in the NEET student's death case was heard in a POCSO court on Tuesday. During the hearing, the court strongly reprimanded the CBI's case IO and the Patna Police's investigating officer and SIT head, Secretariat SDPO Dr. Anu Kumari, for negligence in the investigation. The next hearing in this case will now be held on November 6th. According to Rajesh Kumar Sharma, a lawyer at the Patna High Court, the CBI filed the closure report in haste.
