A person died by drowning while taking a bath in the Ganges at Krishnaghat, located in the Pirbahor police station area of Patna, India on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Subodh Kumar (45), a resident of Sipara Matkhan. A pall of gloom has descended upon the family after the incident. His wife and children are inconsolable. The deceased's minor son stated that Subodh Kumar had been regularly visiting Krishnaghat for the past three days to take a bath in the Ganges. He was involved in stock market trading.
