Kargil Veer Awas Society scam case: Accused of defrauding 69 people of crores arrested from Delhi, sent to judicial custody by Danapur Court.

The IIT Amhara police have arrested a named accused in the Kargil Veer Awas Society fraud case from Delhi. The arrested accused has been identified as Dharmendra Kumar alias Dharmendra Singh, and he is a resident of Dwarka Sector-10, New Delhi, South Dwarka. According to the police, a case number 226/26 was registered against the accused at IIT Amhara police station on September 5, 2026. The Indian Penal Code has been invoked against him.
