The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) had declared a student named Sanjay Prabhat as failed in the Physics subject by reducing his marks. The High Court delivered a major verdict in this case, calling the board's action arbitrary and illegal. Sanjay Prabhat is a resident of Sahebpur Kamal in Begusarai. The Bihar Board had changed his name to Sanjay Parvat. After passing MBBS, Sanjay was declared failed in matriculation by the board in 2013 from BSEB.
