The incident is reported to have occurred around 7:50 AM. The victim has been identified as Pankaj Kumar, a resident of Kurji More. After the incident, both bike-borne accused fled. Police are searching for them by examining footage from CCTV cameras in the vicinity. The incident occurred while Pankaj Kumar was on his way to the councilor's office.
