Elections are scheduled to be held for 8 seats in the Bihar Legislative Council. These include 4 graduate constituencies and 4 teacher constituencies. The 8 seats cover approximately 78% of Bihar. People from 30 districts will cast their votes. The entire state of Bihar is now focused on these eight seats, including the Bankipur by-election. Prashant Kishor has announced that he will declare all candidates for these seats. The RJD has already declared candidates for six seats. The BJP and JDU are currently in brainstorming sessions.
