The family members have denied considering the incident as an accident and accused the miscreants of assaulting Kailash during the robbery and throwing him off the moving train with his hands and feet tied. The family has filed a complaint against unknown miscreants at the Danapur GRP. According to the family, Kailash had told them over the phone about being assaulted.
