Bhaskar News | A field investigation conducted in Maheshbathana Panchayat of Kishanganj block, regarding the demand for bridge construction over the Khakuwa River, has revealed a long-standing problem faced by the villagers. A joint team comprising BDO (Block Development Officer), CO (Circle Officer), Panchayat Secretary, Technical Assistant, and Revenue Employee inspected the site. The investigation found the width of the Khakuwa River to be approximately 325 feet. The report suggests that there is a need for the construction of a bridge about 350 feet long at this location. BDO
