The commission has referred the matter to the Secretary of the Industry Department, Government of Bihar. The commission has directed necessary action on the complaint and disposed of the matter. Mukteshwar Singh Mukesh, a social worker from Manika Harikishun in Mushahari police station area, had submitted a petition to the Bihar State Human Rights Commission on August 5, 2026.
