Bihar Sharif's Navjivan Shishu Hospital termination: The administration took action on the orders of the High Court due to a newborn being exchanged.

The license of 'Navjivan Shishu Hospital' located in Kagji Mohalla (Bhaisaur Road), which was embroiled in a case involving the exchange and potential trafficking of newborns in Nalanda, has been revoked. This action follows the strict stance of the Patna High Court and the recommendation of a three-tier investigation committee. The Civil Surgeon of Nalanda issued an order in this regard, strictly instructing hospital operator Dr. Brajesh Kumar not to operate the hospital under any circumstances.
